With an excellent location, next to the Ajuda University Campus, this land with 2,000 sqm of area is located in Alto da Ajuda, in Sítio do Casalinho, in front of the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Lisbon.

This perspective of construction is in accordance with the indication inserted in article 54 of the PDM Regulation, in paragraph c) of its point 2), that the maximum IUB (Gross Utilization Index) is 2 sqm/sqm, which would give the total 2,000 meters of land a housing occupation of ± 4,000 sqm.
