This well established farm-holiday resort with equestrian center is located in the splendid Sienese countryside, in the Chianti wine region. The farm has 16 boxes for horses in excellent condition, in addition to the saddlery; there is a covered riding stable of about 290 square meters, with a considerable height (6.50 m on average), on whose roof a 20 kw photovoltaic system has been installed.
The equestrian activity also takes place in the fenced outdoor riding ring of about 800 square meters (40x20 m), as well as in the equipped cross - country course which covers about 3 ha.
The property has a 4x12 m swimming pool, partially above ground.

Condition and finishes:
Podere Santa Margherita has been completely renovated between 2000 and 2003 in the typical Tuscan style. The ground floor reveals large rooms divided by spectacular arches; the floors are in handmade terracotta, the wooden windows have double glazing. There are various traditional fireplaces in addition to the bread oven. Inside and outside the details of the countryside tradition abound, which make the character of the place authentic and welcoming.
