DiwanPolat Investments is a partnership between Chim Diwan and Nimetullah Polat. The company was formed four years ago, although the two have known each other for the last Ten years. DiwanPolat Investments, have, over the last four years, completed four projects all of which have been completed on time and all have sold out before completion. They have developed a reputation for Trust, Honesty and Quality. All qualities they felt were missing in the Turkish property industry. Recently, DiwanPolat Investments have added to their Property Development Company by setting up an Estate Agency and a Property Maintenance Company.
