I spent most of my time searching and sale Fincas, with or without buildings. I sold and legalized more than 100 farms in the last 15 years. The law has changed over the last 10 years and today is totally forbidden to build anything on a rustic land (including wooden house, caravan, prefab house). What you can do is legalize a building (cottage, housing) that have been built in a rural area, not protected, and more than 5 years ago. And that's what I'm doing every day. So take advice before investing time and money on a farm! |
