The purpose of our residential project was to create a unique place for living for sophisticated clients. Villa-house is situated in the heart of Prague-Smichov part in a very desired location with elegant townhouses and villa houses buildings only. Beautiful view of Prague and nature.

The main feature of the project is the completely reconstructed Art Nouveau villa of the factory owner Pašek, which was designed for him by architect Wagner and built between 1912 and 1913.

The reconstruction of the villa building with the adjacent garden was done in the spirit of the highest architecture and restoration standards.

All original facade elements have been preserved. Railings, window openings, front doors are replicas of original parts with maximum focus on detail. The villa offers four apartments. The disposition and technical solution is designed with emphasis on high modern living standards, functionality and comfort.

The reconstruction was done under the supervision of investor by experienced experts in architectural engineering and restoration industry. It was achieved excellent thermal and acoustic comfort in every apartment by using modern insulation and surface tempering systems. Structural modifications inside the building were performed under static supervision. The roof of the building is completely new with renovated supporting structure, it was also well insulated and covered with classic (original) shingles of the "bobrovka" type, popular in Czech republic.
